A reward withdrawal is not a purchase of goods or services. Successfully processed payouts may not be reversible through the normal subscription-refund process. Failed or pending withdrawals are handled according to payout status and wallet policy.
Promotional or referral rewards may be reversed where applicable program rules permit, including qualifying transaction reversals or defined abuse conditions.
