SYMTalk may offer promotional or referral reward programs to eligible users. Reward availability and qualification criteria are determined by applicable campaign terms.
Reward points are an internal measure used to record eligible rewards. They are not automatically withdrawable when credited. Holding periods, eligibility checks and limits may apply.
Rewards may depend on qualifying activity, successful subscription transactions, referral conditions or other published requirements.
A reward may be reversed when the qualifying transaction or activity is reversed or where applicable campaign rules permit. Held or available rewards may be removed; rewards reserved for payout are handled according to payout state.
Eligible points may be redeemed through supported payout methods, subject to limits, verification, destination validation, provider availability and applicable compliance requirements.
Heron may reject, suspend or reverse rewards associated with duplicate, fraudulent, manipulated or otherwise ineligible activity, subject to applicable program terms.
